Tanya blinked, caught off guard by the icy authority in Amanda's tone. She looked down at Amanda’s outstretched hand, then up at Angela, whose arm was still securely wrapped around Amanda’s waist.
“Tanya,” she said slowly, reluctantly taking Amanda’s hand for a brief, tense shake. “I’m Angela’s ex.”
“Ah,” Amanda smiled, tightening her grip on Angela’s waist just enough to pull her even closer. “The past. So lovely to put a face to the history.”

Anything that ever happened or was said between her and her castmates once the cameras started rolling had always been compartmentalized in her brain as simply what it was: Pretend.
