When Jeremy Knox presented as an omega, he was forced onto blockers and suppressants and told to pretend he was a beta.

Jean is so wonderfully, hilariously honest that if there ever is something more intimate in store for the two of them, Jeremy is confident that Jean will let him know.
His attraction isn’t news to him, but realizing the frequency at which Jean turns him on, especially when he can’t have a release… well, it’s rather startling. It seems like everything Jean is doing right now gives Jeremy issues. He’s pretty sure he’s going to start getting turned on when Jean so much as blinks in his direction. Jean blinks.
“It won’t be of much use if I wear it.” He says, a tad more snarky than intended.
Jeremy nuzzles his way around. “So you want me to top?” He clarifies.
They hadn’t discussed it fully when this was scheduled. And it was scheduled; marked on the calendar in red letters as the day they would try for the first time. They both got tested for various STDs and came back clean (shocking, considering the Raven’s intermingling). Jean needed time. Needed to think and plan and prepare for this. But Jeremy switches up expectations anyway, questions things Jean never considered options.
“Would you…let me choose otherwise?” Jean asks. It’s a slow, anxious tone he isn’t used to voicing.

Summary
This is my take on how Andrew’s and Neil’s relationship develops after the end of TKM.
I tried my best to keep it canon-compliant, or at least compliant to how I see the characters.
The only important change to the books is that in my version, Andrew never took off his armbands in the presence of others after he left Easthaven. The shower scene with Neil still happened, Andrew just kept his armbands on.trigger warnings for everything that’s already canon but I should point out that self harm is a big topic in this, bigger than it was in the books. So please stay safe and don’t read this if it could trigger you <3
