This game was foolish.
Much too foolish for an ordinary 15-year-old teenager, and definitely much too foolish for an extraordinary 15-year-old teenager like Damian Desmond to partake in.
But…he couldn’t deny that there was something inexplicably fascinating about the stupidly simplistic and unpredictable tomfoolery of “Truth or Dare.”
Whether it was George Glooman guzzling down a disgusting concoction of leftover condiments from the campfire cookout, Ewen Egeburg pumping out one hundred push-ups and meowing between each one, or Becky Blackbell belting out the school anthem in the middle of the campgrounds, Damian found himself unable to break away from this ridiculous game.
