   Summary

Shane's first year on the Centaurs as he navigates what it means to be gay and married in public with help from the queer men and straight women who make up the Centaurs WAGs.

Shane: I’ve gotten so caught up in the idea of not being the gay hockey player and not defined by my relationship with Ilya that now people think Ilya and I are breaking up
Shane: Harris said it’s kind of like I’m going back in the closet and he’s right
Shane: but I have no idea how to be in a relationship in public
Caitlin: You were in a public relationship with Rose Landry
Selena: yeah, you two were everywhere
Shane: I was so relieved to be straight I wasn’t paying attention to any of that!
