    Summary

It's 2006 and Shane Hollander, in a gay panic, hooks up with his girlfriend Jessica. The consequences of that night – well. It might be the stupidest thing he's ever done. But also, maybe, sort of the best.

Like hell is he going to let it affect his hockey.

Or: Teen dad Shane learns to love his kid. Ilya helps.

    Summary

Sokka looked around the throne room with interest. “I always wondered what the world was like from up here - must be nice looking out at your adoring subjects.”

“Being the Fire Lord is pretty dull,” Zuko said glumly, "unless you enjoy hearing people bicker about taxes. After a while, thwarting the occasional assassination is basically a form of stress relief."

In which Fire Lord Zuko and Ambassador Sokka get drunk, go fishing, watch theatre, uncover a conspiracy, visit a teahouse, destroy a historical monument, and reckon with the painful legacy of the past – but not necessarily in that order. [PODFIC AVAILABLE]

    Shane: Mom.

Shane: Are you aware that dad has unfettered internet access and is posting how to videos on YouTube calling himself Daddy David?

Mom: Honey, it's fine. It's not that big of a deal.

Shane: That might be the most insane thing you've ever said.

Shane: And I have heard you threaten multiple coaches of mine with bodily harm.

After his life came crumbling down last season, Shane is healing. He's married to the love of his life, everyone knows, and he can finally lay claim to the man he once called his rival.
He didn't realize that his new rival would take the form of some busty blonde model from LA, though.
