Hotch was literally perfect. He was hot, especially at work, when stressed, with his messy black hair. He was caring, he was kind, he was sweet.
But most important of all, Hotch was married. Hotch was married to a beautiful blonde, his high school sweetheart, and they were having a child, and Spencer knew just how wrong it was when he would give Hotch those little glances, peek his tongue out between his slightly parted lips, let his eyes get glassy as he looked up at the man. He knew how wrong it was when he emulated some of Haley’s mannerisms, nothing obvious, but things that would make his boss more comfortable, ease him into Spencer’s space. He knew how creepy it was to be using Haley’s perfume under the layer of his aftershave, just to trick Hotch’s brain into associating him with romance.
orSpencer is an aspiring homewrecker with tradwife dreams and Hotch is already having marriage problems.
