"I think, I think I—" what? Ilya wasn't sure he had the words in English or Russian to describe what had happened to him, maybe he never would.
"Think what? What's going on?
"I'm hurt. I was at a bar."
"Seriously—"
"A gay bar," he added, "Some guys they, I don't know. I don't—there's nobody else, not here," that wasn't quite true. Except he wanted Hollander, he always wanted Hollander.
After the disaster of the Sochi Olympics, Ilya, feeling reckless and alone finds a gay bar to drown his sorrows in. It was stupid of him to be there in the first place. But there was an itch burrowed under his skin that had nothing to do with watching someone else take home what should've been his medal on home soil. When it all goes catastrophically wrong, Shane rushes to help him as best he can.
They still don't get together until 2017.

When Buck and Tommy finally get the chance to spend Pride together, only to end up cutting the night short, Buck reflects on all the time he lost not knowing who he really was.
"But for what it's worth, I'm really glad I got to go out with Evan tonight."
"Even though he's old, and tired, and has a bum leg."
Tommy snorted, "You're not even thirty-five babe, if you're old and shrivelled what the hell does that make me?"
"Hey, I never said shrivelled!" Buck laughed, "And I know I'm not old, not really, but I don't feel young anymore either ya know?" he explained, "We go to flea markets and antique sales, I make cookies for Jee's school bake sales then we curl up with the extras and watch a cheesy rom-com I've never heard of. We argue about how to do laundry and what colour we should pick for the kitchen backsplash, a-and I love it, seriously. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life being a boring old man with you."

Tommy looked around the holiday-themed chaos and took a deep breath, reminding himself that he’d been the one to ask Evan to move in this time, it was their space now, and even if Christmas made his skin crawl it clearly meant a lot to his boyfriend. “This is…Wow,” he said as Evan bent down to set the reindeer on its feet.
He tilted his head upwards to look at him, “Too much?”

Latest Chapter? Day Nine: Coma
All Tony knows in those first few moments is panic. Pure, raw panic that he feels through his very core. Winding throughout his body, and making him vibrate as Happy rushed him back to the compound. This couldn’t have happened. It was some sick joke that the universe was playing on him.
Because Rhodey could not have picked Peter up from a patrol gone horribly wrong. Peter could not have gotten shot three times. Tony could not have not gotten the call because the meeting he had been in didn’t allow phones. Because Peter was not in a fucking coma.
And because the last conversation Tony had had with the kid had most definitely not been a stupid argument.
