Улыбка сползла с лица Зандика, потому что это и правда было четвёртое свидание. Точнее, первое свидание. Которое так и не состоялось, несмотря на активные попытки Зандика на него сходить.

“I have a proposal for you,” Dottore says.
Pantalone swirls the wine in his glass, waiting a moment to see if he follows up with more substantial details on that vague declaration. “And does this proposal necessitate coming onto this trip, rather than submitting the usual forms to my office?”
“It does, particularly as it pertains to the matter of my will.”
---
Precisely three months after the poison attempt on his life, it’s time for Pantalone to get back to field work.
A matter involving poisoned Fire-Water and millions of unclaimed Mora emerges in Novokitezhgrad, sending him and Dottore on a lengthy train journey to investigate.

Summary
If you ask Illuga how he got himself into this situation, he also doesn’t know.
He has no recollection of how he came into possession of a haunted dagger, nor does he know why the ghost knight came with it has somehow become his responsibility.
The knight, introduced himself as Lohen with the grace of another time, isn’t of much help. Despite not even remembering why he was sealed off, Lohen wants Illuga’s help setting him free.
Illuga could throw away the dagger and return to his peaceful, ghost free life. Yet, the more he learns about the knight from centuries ago, the harder walking away becomes.
So for three months, this has been Illuga’s life: work, home, argue with an ancient ghost knight, research on the past that modern historians insist are myth, sleep badly, repeat.
Until they finally find their first real lead…

Summary
After a near-fatal encounter with Rerir, Vice Captain Lohen is forced off the battlefield and into recovery. Stuck behind the frontlines while the war continues without him, he finds himself haunted by a familiar frustration: no matter how hard he trains, it is never enough.
Illuga knows that feeling all too well.
Left behind in Piramida while the people he cares about risk their lives against the Wild Hunt, he keeps himself busy with reports, errands, and anything else that stops him from waiting.
What begins as a chance encounter between an injured knight and a Lightkeeper slowly becomes something neither of them expected.
Or: Lohen and Illuga discover that loneliness is easier to bear when shared.

“What conclusion have you come up with?”
“Human custom would point to love,” Flins notes. Varka will laugh it off easily enough. Flins will suffer a moment of embarrassment, and it won’t matter at the end of the night. But his teeth ache and something stirs in his stomach, pulling at him, whispering something that sounds unfairly like mine.
A low, soft hum. “And what of the fae?” Varka asks.

Summary
“I do enjoy the thrill of a hunt,” Varka laughed, loud and boisterous. The drink in his hand sloshed over his fingers and Varka laughed again as if it was a source of great amusement and not a display of clumsiness from overindulgence. He downed his glass before he slammed it down on the counter. Flins watched with avid eyes as he brought a hand up to his mouth and with a languid tongue, Varka licked the remnants of fire-water from his calloused fingers.
Yes, Flins thought with a smile of his own, one he hid in the high collar of his cape. One can certainly understand the appeal, Grandmaster.
or, varka has sharp teeth and too sweet a scent when it's not overpowered by guilt. flins has sharper teeth and a hunger to match.

Summary
A bright blue lantern glows at his hip, cutting through the fog. It almost seems to serve as a protective ward of sorts - Varka can barely see any fog that surrounds the man’s figure.
He’s so pretty, what the fuck, Varka thinks, and promptly runs face-first into the biggest gravestone that he has ever had the misfortune to come across.
- OR -
On his way to Nod-Krai, Varka receives a letter with a strange request. A potentially dangerous entity has been wreaking havoc on Nod-Krai's land despite its involvement with keeping the Wild Hunt at bay, and for some reason, they believe Varka is their last hope.
Personally, Varka doesn't think he can help much. But the snow leopard that keeps showing up and the pretty man that keeps saving his life might hold the keys to Nod-Krai's mystery.

“How’s yours?” Kasamatsu asks and Takao almost smiles. “He’s been playing the piano. There are a lot of cramped hands involved and I am now able to hear the difference between Litz, Mozart and Beethoven.” His eyes fly to Midorima behind his black piano, still clad in a white lab coat, crouched over the keys. Probably Bach, today.

She was tall as a mountain, but graceful, moving daintily in time to the music. She wore a rose-tinted kimono embroidered with Sakura petals, her white hair tied in coquettish bunches, her cheeks flushed, one ruby lip caught between her teeth in an expression of pure concentration as she focused on the steps of the dance. She was like no-one he’d ever seen before.
Hijikata meets the woman of his dreams. That woman is Paako.
