"You know what I think, Rosier?" Barty's voice rings out in the silence, startling Evan out of his revere.
He glances over, trying to see what kinda expression accompanied Barty's words, but the room was pitch black, and all he could see of Barty was the way he lay flat atop his bed. Shuffling onto his side, Evan spoke, softly, so as to not awaken Regulus. The moment felt startling vulnerable, and the last thing he needed was for both his roommates to break through his walls at once."What." He forced his voice to come out flat, betraying the storms crashing through his chest.
"I think you're just scared to get hurt," Evan can't discern the tone at which Barty says those words, and he doesn't get a chance to ask before he's turning over and tucking in.
"Toughen up, Evan. It might work out for you now, but stumbling through life numb is only gonna get you hurt in the end."

Summary
Loki takes the Tesseract to Thanos immediately after Surtur, and doesn't leave the Titan's grasp. Thor is relieved, and horrified, when, some months later, the Guardians find his brother alive...but not whole. Summary

His band is on life support, his report card looks like a horror movie, and the only way he’s allowed to play Battle of the Bands is if he drags his grades out of the crypt.
Enter Regina George—former queen bee, and currently running a rebrand from “terrifying” to “tolerable.” She needs a public image refresh and a boyfriend who screams “I have layers.” While he needs tutoring, a parole officer for his homework, and someone who can bully him into passing senior year.
A deal is struck: fake dating for optics; makeover (for his report card) in exchange for another makeover (but this time for her soul… allegedly if she does have one that is).
