Summary
Peter Parker, now known to the world only as Spider-Man is tired, too tired. Sitting on top of a random building in Queens, Peter looks up at the light polluted sky. Having nowhere to be and nowhere to go, Peter is stuck, what is left for him in the world if he's alone? When he looks over the sky line of Queens his heart aches at what was once his home. Getting up to go to his poor excuse of a home he slips falling off the ledge of the building, his web canisters are empty. What a stupid way to go out, right? So why in the world did Peter wake up in an alleyway in a total different area of New York?!
Aka Peter gets thrown into a different dimension, where he's dead, and the biological son of Tony Stark and Pepper Potts?!

Tony Stark has a lot on his plate— from being a full-time parent to his son, Peter, to being Iron Man and to keeping his company afloat, he doesn’t have the time (nor the mental energy) to deal with anything else.
Of course, his wishes aren’t respected when suddenly he’s dealing with a Russian genius working with Justin Hammer, intent on bringing him and Stark Industries down.
Oh, and, he’s slowly dying of palladium poisoning, as if his life couldn’t get any harder.

Peter figured out that he wasn't related to Mary and Richard Parker when he was still in middle school. He just assumed he was adopted and tried not to think too hard about it. But then he figured out that May was his biological mother and then he tried even harder not to think about it.
"He pretended like he never went looking. He acted like nothing had changed at all. And then he got bit by a radioactive spider and survived. After that, Peter had a lot more questions."
Or: Peter's home is filled with lies and secrets and he's determined to figure them out, no matter how hard everyone else tries to stop him.
