The contract contains approximately seven thousand different ways to say don’t tell anyone anything, or we will sue you to hell and back. It is ridiculously redundant, so after a few lines Jisung stops paying much attention.
Then he reaches a paragraph that makes him do a double take.
He agrees not to pursue, encourage, or engage in any intimate relationship with Lee Minho.
Jisung stares at the clause in disbelief.
Are they serious? That seems a little... excessive. So excessive, actually, it’s almost flattering. Whoever drafted this document clearly overestimates what he is capable of, romantically.
He signs without a second thought.
Or: all Han Jisung needs is a part-time job for the winter. All Lee Minho needs is someone to look after his cats. Naturally, they find each other.

Honestly, Minho can’t wait to finally get home, but he’s a patient man. He is mature and levelheaded, and he can wait for Jisung to finish whatever he's working on in the studio. He can even wine and dine him the way he deserves before bending him over.

Jisung reasons that if Stray really hated him and wanted him dead, he could’ve finished the job when he was already dying in his arms.
Even easier - he could’ve left him on that alley to bleed himself dry, disappeared back onto the rooftops, and never looked back.But instead, he helped him. He carried Jisung all the way to his weird-looking home and patched him up, and he even let him keep his mask throughout all of it.
Drugging or poisoning his hot chocolate would be the most unnecessarily elaborate option available when Jisung is, and has been, completely at his mercy.

Minho had assumed the whole thing was nothing but a temporary lapse in judgment. A slip caused by the combination of low blood sugar, exhaustion, and his big, old, astronomical crush on Jisung.
The speed with which he is proven wrong is astonishing.
