Post season 5 volume 1, slightly into volume 2. This Varys from canon and might lack some information as to why etc, for example there’s not really any kids plot in this. SPOILERS: Vecna continues his reign of possessions in teenagers by haunting Mike wheeler, using his deep rooted thoughts and feelings around Will Byers. As Will uses his powers to help Mike, as El helped Max, Will and Mike travel through Mike’s personal memories and feelings to escape Vecna’s trapped mind prison together.

Summary
Being best friends with Richie Tozier isn’t easy. He’s loud, inappropriate, and somehow manages to get under Eddie's skin without even trying. Eddie’s life is full of rules, hygiene, safety, boundaries. Yet, somehow, they're still best friends.
So, Eddie being Eddie, makes a rulebook. For 'safety'. And one of the most important rules in this book are;
"Don’t kiss Richie Tozier. Ever."
But rules are hard to enforce when Richie’s jokes are too loud, his hands are too close, and his presence is impossible to ignore. As the Losers Club teases them about their “tension,” Eddie finds himself constantly battling his feelings, rewriting his rulebook, and trying not to admit that maybe…just maybe- Richie was an exception.
