"Do you ever shut the fuck up?" Kerry interrupts, whirling to face him, and her eyes lift to his. There's a brief, charged pause as they study each other before she's fisting a hand in his stupid tan jacket and tugging him close. His mouth lowers to hers, her body is pressed between his and the door to her office, and Kerry furiously hauls him closer as Hal worked to lick the taste of bourbon out of her mouth.

Rowena swallows a growl of frustration at the chains that catch around her wrists when she goes to turn another page in the Book of the Dead- the thick metal clangs together, further irritating her, and she clicks her back molars together in annoyance.
The miserable basement she's locked up in is far from homey, but at least she's alone at the moment. Between the fellow redhead and the angel, and the insufferable giant Winchester brother who'd gotten her into this mess in the first place, everything had been far too loud. She'd hardly been able to hear herself think with all their bickering and moaning and whining.
They were an odd bunch, the lot the Winchester brothers drew to them, and the knowledge that her son had been seduced into friendship with them left a sour taste on her tongue. King of Hell, and he lowered himself to the likes of hunters- pitiful.
Rowena looked up, expression bored, at the sound of the basement door opening and then promptly shutting. The tall, broad shoulders of the younger Winchester appeared after a moment, and Rowena rolled her eyes. "Come to check in on your prisoner then, Winchester?"
