Summary

Summary
An Inuyasha series rewrite.
Inuyasha reawakens from his fifty year seal, intent on recapturing a relationship he once knew intimately, he “reunites” with his future wife, Kagome— who’s meeting him for the first time.
He wants who she’s going to become.
She wants her own bed back.
Unfortunately, wants and needs rarely work hand-in-hand.
Chapter 3 preview:
“A bleeding heart,” Yura dripped with sarcastic disdain. “Not that it matters, but they’re sleeping. Not dead.”
Struggling anew, straining her upper body to freedom, Kagome bitterly threatened her, “when I get out of here, you’re going to regret this!”
Given their stances, that made the woman laugh outright. “Will I!?”
“It’ll be the last thing you do,” Inuyasha’s grave promise appeared with his claws ripping apart Yura’s throat. Yura’s head dropped unseeing into the dirt.
“Inuyasha!” Kagome cheered his name. He wasn’t among those taken captive!
Her joy had him missteeping. His features twisted like he was trying to be grossly offended by her blatant enthusiasm.
She grinned through an obvious sneer right back at him. This dog-boy steals her kisses then acts like she’s the problem?
