Summary
In which Peter somehow finds himself having a sugar daddy in Tony Stark without either of them meaning to, but neither really do anything to stop it. It’s not like anyone else bats an eye either, so it just … happens.

Summary
Rieux hums. Somewhat of a fog embraces him. Tarrou's thumb sits in the corner of his mouth; he turns his head, opening his lips just slightly enough so the finger brushes past teeth and rests atop the flat of his tongue.
The fingers still on the wheel twitch. Tarrou side-glances at the man in the passenger seat – Rieux closes his mouth. Swirls his tongue around the digit, and sucks.

Summary
"Let us celebrate, if only for an evening.”
The bewilderment on Rieux's face’s indescribable. What possibly is there to celebrate, in the midst of suffering and struggle?
He voices the concern: “Celebrate?”
Tarrou lightly clanks his bottle against the one in Rieux's grasp.
“To friendship.”

Summary
“Do you know what we should do for friendship’s sake?” he asked softly, still examining Rieux’s face.
“Whatever you want,” the doctor responded without thinking.Doctor Rieux and Tarrou steal an hour from the plague for a chance to escape the stifling air of the city and experience their relationship fully. But does the epidemic still leave space for their feelings for each other, or is everything important doomed to be left unsaid? My take on the swimming scene.

Summary
“Please,” Rieux began, his voice strained, “be careful. It does make a difference…”
The difference between the moon and a black hole eating up the stars, he thought feverishly.
Tarrou smiled as he leaned closer, kissing him on the mouth as smoothly and precisely as he turned sharp corners while driving or crossed out names on a list, hands always steady and light and utterly unfaltering. And Rieux wanted then, desperately, to be guided by his sure, steady hands - just for a moment, and to follow with his mind a blank slate, dark and calm and looked to by no one.
