Kai was a doctor. A 35-year-old head of pediatrics at an esteemed hospital. Okay, sure, currently he was back in his 24-year-old body working in a clinic called Han Clinic with another doctor that people thought might be a scammer, but hey, such was life when you help out an old lady apparently.
However, as if being the twin brother of a secret demon hunter wasn't enough, now he had five demon K-pop idols stuck to him as if they were a set of quintuplets that had imprinted on him! He wasn't the main character of a comedy Webtoon or Netflix film! God forbid a guy be kind enough to save someone from falling, now he was a magnet for 20-something demon idols.
There was no way this was going to go well.

Summary
Being the twin brother of a secret demon hunter is a full-time job. Kai was happy to support Mira from a distance, but the universe (and one very suspicious old lady) decided he needed to be closer to the action.
Specifically, several years in the past.
Back in his younger body, Kai is trying to be the “Golden Child” with a backbone. He is a professional. He is a doctor. He is not—he repeats, not—the clueless protagonist of a supernatural reverse harem. But the universe is a bully. For reasons he cannot explain, the Saja Boys have developed a sudden, obsessive interest in his clinic. Kai is determined to help them, but as the demons start filling his schedule, he is starting to think he is the one who needs a check-up.
P.S. Kai wants to clarify that his “main character” aura is apparently calibrated for “Stressed Caretaker” rather than “Idol Love Interest.” These demons might be terrifying to the rest of the world, but to Kai, they just look like a very high-maintenance set of quintuplets.
