Summary
Clawed, webbed hands curl around the lip of the pier and pull, hauling upwards.
Yuuki’s eyes meet his, all black lashes and blood-red eyes.
When she blinks again, nictitating membrane sliding sideways over her eyes, her pupils are dark black, her irises bright brown.
“You’re getting better at that,” Satoru tells her, pushing Yuuki’s hair back and away from her face. Water slips right off it, the texture far smoother against his fingers than hair should be.
From the waist-up, Yuuki looks human enough—to ordinary eyes, to ordinary senses.
Of course, the illusion is shattered the second they look below the waist, but that’s an easy fix.
Braced by her hands between his spread legs on the pier like this, biceps bulging with the strain, the gills under Yuuki’s tits flutter to the same rhythm as her breathing.
Yuuki’s eyes crinkle like she’s pleased, but all she says is, “Are you gonna let me up now?”
