Yushi's hand trailed across his chest and pressed against his heart. Jaehee willed his heartbeat to slow, but if anything, it just seemed to start beating faster. To think even his own body could bretray him.
"You like me," Yushi said. There was no room for argument.
Jaehee didn't say anything back. He had no fight left in him.

Keonho is sitting at the end of the pier, legs slipping through the metal railings to dangle over the water. The stars illuminate him, and in the strange, gray-blue light that only early mornings bring, he looks almost otherworldly.
Seonghyeon walks over, the echoes of his footsteps on the hollow planks even louder in the dead silence of night. Keonho looks up, and it’s almost comical how quickly his face brightens.
“You came.”
“Yeah, well, I said I would, didn’t I?” Seonghyeon scoffs.
“You say a lot of things. You don’t always mean them,” Keonho shrugs.
“You’re rude,” he mutters, mostly because he can’t really argue.
“I’m right,” Keonho corrects.
“Whatever.”
