Summary
It was a surprise to Peter when he was offered a job at the labatory of Reed Richards. It did make sense, the man had found out about his little secret and he got along with the Fantastic Four anyway, so he took it gratefully.
Peter Parker’s life was good right now, honestly. But Spider-Man had to deal with the Green Goblin and Wilson Fisk fighting over the position as the next major, apart from the usual things.
And Johnny? He just totally got over his crush on his best friend Spider-Man. Totally. Especially with the cute guy working in his brother in laws lab in the picture now. Maybe he could get him to go to the upcoming gala with him…
Or: Peter is Reeds lab assistant. Johnny crushes on him and, well, things happen. (Featuring Green Goblin, Daredevil, Identity chaos, Storm siblings and a gala)

“I’ll skip the rest of it, I think you get the picture,” Johnny said, his finger tugging a little at his fabric. “There’s a bit more, but I just… I want to know if you’re on board. For this.”
His face was flush, with Peter’s soon following in its lead.
“And by ‘this,’ you mean…” Peter responded, his stare wandering again.
“I mean, I’m not even sure. You’re good at science. I thought, um…”
“You’d be my science experiment?” Peter said, laughing a little now, shifting one leg over the other as he did so.
As a result of cosmic rays, Johnny Storm is pretty sure he some sort of alien penis. When he decides Peter should be person to help him figure it out, he deeply underestimates how close their experiment might bring them.
