Summary
This was setting a record for the least amount of sunlight and fresh air that Shen Qingqiu had ever gotten. It turned out that the experience of being alone in one’s bedroom, with the entire world at one’s fingertips for any number of pointless forum arguments, and with one’s loving family in the same house expecting to at least share dinner together, was very different to being alone in a cave.
A Canon Divergence AU set during Shen Qingqiu's seclusion in the Ling Xi Caves, in which Shen Qingqiu tries to be a good, friendly neighbour to an exasperated and confused Liu Qingge.

Shen Qingqiu hesitates - he has told no one where he went. If she were to pull some trick on him… But Madame Meiyin is well known for her palm readings, and she seems quite serious. Clutching Xiu Ya’s hilt tightly with one hand, he approaches and lets her take the other.
After a long moment, Madame Meiyin sobers even more, the last of her playful amusement fading entirely.
“Child, how are you even alive?” she asks him in horror.
Shen Qingqiu scowls, snatching his hand back from her. “This master did not come for a lecture. If you know what is wrong, then--”
“I most certainly know what is wrong,” she says. “You have been starving for your entire life!”

He was about to turn to leave, no longer interested in what Shen Qingqiu had to say, when the other man added thoughtfully: “You don’t always have to leave so soon, you know.”
The breath in Luo Binghe’s lungs turned to vapour. “What?”
“You can stay,” Shen Qingqiu reiterated, the crease in his brow smoothing out. “If you like.”
Stay. Luo Binghe turned the word over in his mind and it rattled around like a corpse in a cage. Stay.
Or: Bingge always leaves immediately after sex when he visits Bingqiu's world. Shen Qingqiu very helpfully gives him a crisis.

Shang Qinghua releases his hold on his king and takes a step back, pouting. “If I wake up because of this, I’m going to be very cross with you, my king!” He wags his finger at the ice demon. “I don’t wanna miss this, you know!”
Mobei-jun simply crosses his arms and gives him an unimpressed stare, so Shang Qinghua gestures to the room around them. “You know, all this! This is the dream.”
Shang Qinghua has somehow lost his memories and thinks he's dreaming about being in Proud Immortal Demon Way. This is obviously Mobei-jun's problem.
How will the two navigate this until Qinghua is back to normal!?
