Summary
"You want to go down this road?" asked Shadowheart. "At least do it well. If you need a fake date who’s pretty, charming, and distracting for both yourself and others? Who won’t take it too seriously, but also won’t fuck it up by being embarrassed the entire time? You don’t ask me. You ask Astarion.”
--
A year after their adventuring party officially disbanded to enjoy their fame and immense wealth to the full, tiefling wizard Rosalie (reluctantly) asks Astarion for some help with a large, fake-date, ex-girlfriend sized problem.

Summary
“Then, what is it you offer?”
The barkeep slid the requested wine up beside Astarion, and the pale stranger’s knowing smile returned. He leaned forward, closer now. When he reached past Astarion to fetch the glass, Astarion caught the otherworldly scent of his skin: earthy and herbal, but blue and scorched like the astral zephyr, as though what he had said about the planes was true. As the elf straightened, he paused for a moment, lingering at Astarion’s ear. He uttered a simple word: “Pleasure.”
Ten years after the defeat of the Absolute, Astarion haunts the streets of the Sword Coast like a ghost, alone, searching desperately for a cure to his undeath. While following the trail of a shadowy rumor, he meets a dark and mysterious man who reminds him of himself. With his fate hanging in the balance, he must decide whether to take this stranger’s hand and be led to a life new and strange. But—at what cost?

Summary
Gale can’t determine if the sense of emptiness comes from his chest, his stomach, or somewhere lower. There’s something about the effortless way Astarion carries himself, confident and cocksure, that has an old flame sparking back to life. A hunger so altogether different, so long forgotten to him that it feels almost foreign when he first recognises it.
He watches. He wants.
They both know what it's like to never have enough.

Summary
There’s something Jaheira’s not saying. “What happened to his last handler?” asks Gale.
“The last four, you mean?” The rueful curve of her smirk deepens the crow’s feet around her eyes. It makes her seem younger, somehow. “The first died. The second went missing. The last two quit. You’ll be fine.”
In a Faerûn where magic is slowly diminishing, disgraced former Chosen of Mystra Gale Dekarios survives in Baldur's Gate as a Harper alchemist, tending their greenhouses and nursing the Netherese orb in his chest—until his High Harper forces him into fieldwork.
His first assignment? A vampire spawn informant with a crooked touch, dreams of ruin and vengeance, and a hunger to rival his own.

Summary
Astarion found himself watching Gale more than he was watching Dirty Dancing. He looked quite young to be getting divorced, he thought to himself. The gossip in him was dying to know the full story, but he knew full well that it would be really stupid to start prying into a practical stranger’s personal life.
As he was about to ask, because fuck it, he was probably never seeing this man again, Gale reached below his seat and grabbed a notebook and pen from a satchel. A satchel. The man was going on what amounted to a mid life crisis of a holiday (or, to be fairer to him, a third of a life crisis, because he looked to be about Astarion’s age), and he’d brought a satchel?!
**
Lawyer Astarion Ancunín had a chance encounter with film professor Gale Dekarios on a flight to New York. And then another chance encounter at a bar. And when he found out he’s in the middle of a messy divorce, well, what was Astarion to do? Aside from sleep with him, which was obviously a given.
Astarion didn’t believe in love stories. But life had accidentally thrown him into one of his own.

Summary
'What would the former Archduke Gortash be doing planting duskwood saplings in a public park?,' the former Archduke Gortash said instead. He had, in fact, just spent the past four hours planting duskwood saplings in a public park. 'Don't be ridiculous. It is merely a passing resemblance, and one I am not too fond of, given the circumstances.'
'Huh,' the man said. 'I suppose that does make sense: you poor fucker! Besides, they wouldn't let a dangerous madman like that back on the streets.'
'Yes, you would think so, wouldn't you,' Gortash said, mostly to himself.

The story goes like this:
In 1973, Armand met a beautiful boy and chased him around the world, until the boy finally stopped running and started loving him back.
In 1985, Armand erased all of the boy's memories, and let him go to live a normal human life.
In 2022, Armand was desperate and heartbroken enough to bind them together forever. That's the story... according to Armand, who can't string three words together without sneaking a gaslighting attempt in.
So yeah.
No.Or: Armand tells Daniel the "truth" about their relationship after '73. Daniel calls bullshit.
