Summary
Tim doesn't sleep much, and as a result he hallucinates sometimes. He keeps hallucinating a pair of green eyes in the dark.
At the same time he struggles with his place in the fractured batfamily, and tries chasing the Red Hood, who surely is completely unrelated to these green eyes he keeps seeing... right?cue kidnappings, bad decisions, and a whole lot of food!
a bit angsty, but with a happy ending because i REFUSE to write sad ones. title is from "people got a lotta nerve" by neko case :)

Honestly, just a stand-alone, world-building work centered around the Phurian-Osmian war would be an incredible read.
Your writing is phenomenal, the obvious research put into this when talking physics or medicine, the WORLD-BUILDING i love it so much, and those side-plots that keep the story entertaining while the overall plot steadily moves forward
You mentioned your worry regarding pacing, personally i dont see any issues, perhaps only that occasionally there is jumping from one event to the next, leaving lots of loose ends (im certain they are going to get tied up eventually, but it still kinda messes with my head (i.e. afo's pov, shimura, overhaul...), leaving all that behind so suddenly in favour of the sports festival)
Also might i add, i love your take on the sports festival, whenever that happens in whatever fic im reading i get so bored cause it's so repetitive and gets old very quickly, but with your version I'm actually excited to see what comes next
I love that izuku is insanely overpowered without it being annoying, makes it enjoyable to read
Some powerful moments that struck me with certain emotions (+ where i had to step away/almost close the fic completely): uraraka losing her legs, ofa being forced on izuku, when i thought he was gonna be arrested after the usj,, also when aizawa and nedzu had that depressing conversation
And its so loooong and i LOVE IT
Some things I'd love to see/get an update on before the fic concludes (besides the things mentioned 5 paragraphs above) would be: parents, hiroki, izuku's friend from church, todoroki family reunion, possibly a convo with first holder/s of ofa, whatever it was with setsuna her hero name and the language, bakugou and hopefully some kind of redemption, also mitsuki she wasnt very nice the last time iirc, also all those projects izuku mentioned (minus icarus, which we've already seen--will we get to see them travel into space??? That would be so cool), and where did the church of clarity disappear to???,,,,i might be missing some
Anyway, can't wait for more, please don't rush yourself, but please continue, i am absolutely smitten

Includes the prose stories and MAP scripts for every song in WSS 1961 that I wrote for the first main installment.
