    Sometimes Spider-Man has to do the hard thing, even if it breaks Peter Parker’s heart.

    After Stephen Strange erases the ties between the identity of Spiderman and Peter Parker in 2024, the world forgets who Peter Parker was.
    That meant the loss of the memories of his best friend Ned; his girlfriend MJ; and most painfully, his mentor Tony Stark.

    With the death of May and especially without Tony Stark, Peter had nowhere to live and no one to look out for him.

    Yet Stranges' spell only erased the minds of... people?

    When Queen's College, a small local community college that Peter had enrolled in, gets picked in a lottery to go on a field trip to Stark Industries, Peter Parker is still enrolled as an intern to Stark Industries by F.R.I.D.A.Y. unbeknownst to everyone.

    Tony Stark has no idea who this kid is.

    Oh shit, it hurt. It hurt. It hurt.

     

    Peter was barely aware of anything beyond the tight, endless loop of agony his brain was riding along, though he could distantly hear Morgan burst into frightened tears. He hoped he hadn’t hurt her.

    Harley stood frozen in horror for a moment before springing into action. He grabbed the hem of Peter’s shirt and started pulling it off as he shouted for FRIDAY to alert Tony.


    It’s the first Christmas back, post-blip, and things can’t possibly get any more disastrous. Peter gets hurt, Morgan might be terrified of him, and something has been bothering him for the past couple months…Don’t worry, Tony’s alive. In fact, everyone survived. Merry Christmas!

    What to expect: a painful injury and some angsty feelings as Peter contends with anxiety, guilt, and not knowing how he fits into Tony’s post-blip world. But there’s plenty of Iron dad comfort and wise words from Tony to smooth it all over!

    Also: a magic sweatshirt and other Mysterious Interesting Treasures, potluck with the Avengers, and Morgan gives everyone a bit of a scare.

    “You…” Tony’s eyes narrowed. “Where are you staying, then?” he asked, carefully, like he was afraid of the answer.

    “May is staying in one of the post-snap womens’ shelters down the street from our old apartment,” Peter responded, watching as Tony’s shoulders relaxed incrementally at the mention of May— before tensing up again when Peter didn’t continue.

    “And you?” his mentor prodded, though knowing that the non-answer in and of itself was answer enough.

    “Rooftop on 53rd, when I’m lucky.”

    OR: The Endgame fixit in which I:
    a) make everyone live,
    b) simultaneously traumatize Peter further by making him homeless due to his scroungy resourceful stubborn self-sacrificial self, and
    c) actually deal with the countless ramifications of bringing back half of the entire world’s population in a single instant— as seen through Peter’s eyes as he helps the city as Spider-Man.
