Summary
“The… game you guys were joking about. Where I, you know, talk to girls. In the form of a bet.”
“Oh! Right, right. I remember now,” Max says, her smile only growing. “What about it?”
“I want to…” Mike licks his lips, contemplating his next words, “do it. For real.”
It’s the summer of 1989 when Mike Wheeler decides that he’s in desperate need of a new direction, or at the very least, a job. But he never thought it would involve slinging ice cream at the revamped Scoops Ahoy with his most annoying friend, Max Mayfield.
Mike spends his summer in the most ridiculous uniform he’s ever seen, while the Indiana heat and some stupid bet slowly unfurls all the things he’s been desperately trying to hide from; the biggest one of them being Will Byers.

Summary
It starts off normal. Or at least, it’s supposed to.
They saved the world. School’s ending. Summer’s coming.
Everything should be fine. But somewhere in between cafeteria lunches, late-night thoughts, and things that almost get said but don’t, something shifts—and Will feels it before anyone else does.
He tries to ignore it. He’s good at that.
Ignoring the looks that linger a second too long. Ignoring the moments that feel different in a way he can’t explain. Ignoring the quiet, persistent truth that no matter how hard he tries, he can’t seem to stop wanting something he knows he shouldn’t.The worst part is, he’s not even sure if he’s imagining it.
Because something has changed.
And whether it’s one-sided or not might be the difference between keeping everything the same or losing it completely.Or
Epilogue rewrite sort of.

But the North Wing is breathing.
There is a secret behind the door, something the family has kept starving for a century. Will was told to stay away from it, but in the dead of night, the house begins to whisper. And Will is the only one who knows how to listen.

Summary
“So yeah, you could say I’m sexually frustrated,” Will concludes, a wry smile on his face as he finally finishes his rant. “Not to be too graphic, but all I want is a nice, good-looking man who can fuck me hard.” He tips his head towards Mike’s where they're both leaning against the wall, and shuts his eyes for a long moment. “It’s whatever, though. I’ll get ov-”
“I could help you out,” Mike blurts out.
“You- I- What did you say?” Will stammers. Mike squeezes his eyes shut for a long moment, breathes, and then opens them again and meets Will’s gaze determinedly.
“I could help you,” Mike says, with somehow only the slightest tremble of uncertainty in his voice. "As in, we could have sex."or; Will is struggling. Guys who are nice, hot, AND good in bed are apparently non-existent at their university. Frustrated, he complains to Mike - who makes him an offer he can't refuse.
Unfortunately, there's always an aftermath to hooking up with your best friend.
Meanwhile, Mike has some realisations. -
