Summary
Eventually, Suguru is able to pin Satoru’s wrists down, holding them with one hand over Satoru’s head. He gets a few moments of something warm and prideful glowing in his chest, the thought that he won running through his head, before he looks down at Satoru’s face and realizes he didn’t win at all. This is exactly what Satoru wanted—to wrestle like teenagers, for whatever reason—and Suguru unknowingly played right into it. The wide grin currently illuminating Satoru’s face, despite evidently losing, is proof enough.
With a huff, Suguru releases Satoru’s wrists and rolls his eyes. He leans back, ready to chide Satoru for being a child and get off of him, when he’s distracted by—Suguru realizes there’s not really a polite way to put it—Satoru’s hard-as-fuck dick.
Or, Satoru accidentally gets a boner, and Suguru spirals over it.

Satoru recovered well enough. Intensity seemed to evaporate off of him within a few stiff seconds. “They deserve this, I deserve that,” he said after a beat. “Who died and made you king of the universe? Talk about obnoxious.”
