Work Text:
Eternal Sugar's breath caught in her throat before her piercing scream rang out as Silent Salt pushed Shadow Milk off his blade, the Jester crumbling to the floor, a hole gaping through their dough
Her eyes stuck on their wound, instead of blueberry jam flowing out of it. It was a black type of syrup.
An eye opened in that black syrup.
And suddenly that black syrup began moving with purpose, seemingly stitching itself to the Jesters wound, patching the wound.
Once the Eye seemed pleased with its patchwork, it turned its gaze back to Silent Salt, a rage flashed through it before the Syrup moved to form a silhouette. It resembled a bit like the Jester, but pure black with eyes all over its form and a slightly more feminine shape.
By that point the syrup had looked to become more solid. Like a cookie.
“You hurt them.” Rang out of the shadow? Its voice almost the same as the Jesters.
“You damned traitor! I'll kill you!” It screeched before it was rapidly moving to engage Silent Salt in battle.
Eternal Sugar cradled Shadow Milk’s body to her trembling form, cradling her wings over their form, they were still breathing.
