Summary
Project Bloodlines.
A military-funded medical study on the quirkless, subjecting unwilling children to go through what even the most shadowy of government intelligence agencies would consider torture. Most people knew about the project, but they thought it was only a study on activating latent quirks. They didn’t know the truth.
But the worst thing about the project wasn’t the secrecy of what was really going on behind the facade, or the illegality, or even the death toll of both the doctors and the patients.
The worst thing about Project Bloodlines was that it worked. -

From a young age, Izuku had to hide his quirk. At first, he did it because his dad asked him to, because it was something special that he shared with him. It wasn't too long before he started hiding it in shame. When he finally meets his idol, All Might, Izuku decides he can't live like that anymore. He has to take down his villainous father, All for One, no matter how much it hurts.
Basically, I looked at some fan theories about Dr Tsubasa, All for One, and Izuku and then decided, 'Hey, I want to make a fic!"
The first arc is finished! And it can be read as a standalone fic. But why do that when there's more?

In another world where Izuku is attacked by the sludge villain on the way to school instead of after it, his dreams get crushed too soon. With nothing to save him and Katsuki’s words ringing in his ears, Izuku decides to end it all by jumping off his school’s roof. As his body cracks on the ground, Izuku does not pass on to the next world. Instead, he is left as a ghost among many others. When the slime villain escapes from jail and attacks the person Izuku can’t help but care for, he learns that there may be more to his afterlife than he thought.And maybe he can be a hero after all.
