Tim, meanwhile, was unaware of the fact that he was missing.

Summary
By a lucky coincidence Bruce Wayne witnesses a kidnapping of 11 year old Tim Drake.
When he arrives at the abandoned warehouse, the kidnappers have already contacted Janet Drake. Her reaction is... unsettling at best, not very motherly. In the end it turns out Batman's help wasn't even necessary, but Bruce Wayne definitely should make an appearance in the boy's life.

Summary
Given all the things that had happened to him, one would expect Timothy Drake to have become inured to the unexpected. And for the most part, this was the case. However, some things were just so goddamn weird that he had no idea how to deal with them.
Getting blown up in a warehouse and somehow thrown into a different dimension and around twelve years into the past would be one of those things. Everything he had, gone in seconds. But that didn’t mean things were hopeless. In fact, there was a great deal of hope around him, and a great many things to fix.
After all, never let it be said that Tim was one to waste an opportunity.

“Did you catch him, Endeavor?” Izuku asks as he stares up, up, up at the behemoth of a man. Cold, blue eyes turn to him, his hard expression never changing. No one says anything for a moment.
“I will,” Endeavor says finally. “Someday, I will find that man.”
Izuku accepts the promise with a nod. He has no tears left and wouldn’t have squandered them on Midoriya Hisashi if he did, so he simply bows deeply to the hero.
“Thank you.”
“Don’t thank me, Izuku. It is my duty. He has disgraced the Todoroki clan for the last time. We will not allow this villain to sully our family name any further.”
Izuku straightens, confusion clear on his face.
“You don’t know why I am here, do you?” Endeavor asks, “Midoriya Hisashi was born Todoroki Hisashi, my younger brother. You are my nephew.”

If during this time no sufficiently challenging problem arises, and he's stuck with simple tasks, then he'll subconsciously adopt complex ways to solve problems, as a form of venting."
"Master Tim dragged Master Bruce into chess for three days last time this happened," Alfred helpfully adds, "After that, Master Bruce learned not to pile up a massive amount of work for the boy as a test."
Batman issues a warning: "Don't let him get bored for too long."

So, yes, Tim was a Wayne now but he would always be a Drake by blood. He was Janet Drake’s son, the woman feared by Gotham as much as she was loved by it. It was always amusing when people forgot that.
