Yes, manliness is a big deal to Eijirou. But he has matured now, and he can see how Midoriya is manly and how his cuteness has plenty of charm points besides. Eijirou likes manly things, but he also loves cute things (honestly, he calls most things he likes manly, so there's wiggle room), like Bakugou's new kitten, or drunk Kaminari, or… Midoriya's freckles.
