However, he didn’t expect to meet an older version of himself standing straight under his eyes, with the same stunned expression and…a pregnant belly.
The teenager believed in crazy happenstance, but he probably received a huge hit on the head to imagine this. There was no doubt, Izuku had a lot of questions to ask if he wanted to get back to his real world!
Or: Canon (high school) Izuku experiencing a time travel quick accident where he met his older self and learn bout the wonderful world of omegaverse, with a slight quest of self-growth and a happy ending.

“You're not the kind to be excited about meaningful things as dreams, tell me more about this marvelous adventure you had,” Hana declared, resting her head against the blond’s shoulder.
"I was in a river with unknown shadows and a name escaping my lips like a charming spell. This child asked me if I was alright and watched his shadow growing up to see how he became the prettiest man I’ve ever seen. He was so beautiful, looking at me like I was his entire world and holding my hands like there was no tomorrow. I might not know his name, but I can genuinely see how many times I fell in love with him.”
“How….how would you describe these dreams ?”
“Like a fairytale,” Katsuki explained with a fond tone, recalling the gorgeous frames he faced the last night. He hoped to see this man again, and his serene smile would be by his side in his dying days, like an angel keeping an eye on him. “Each second spent with him felt like an ethereal dream.”

Wait…How did Izuku and Katsuki end up here ? The last thing they remembered was experiencing intense stomach cramps that led them to reach the emergency as soon as possible. After all, raising a child needed preparations, and the revelations caught them by surprise, barely gave them time to understand what was happening. Doubts and pride easily filled their chest at their pup’s existence but the question remained untouched on their shaking lips: Are they ready to become parents and reach this new step in their lives?

Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou became attached to this ethereal painting, unconsciously chasing the life they had seen every night for the last ten years. Their nights were filled with tenderness and genuine smiles compared to their redundant lives awaiting them in the early morning. The midnight stars guided them into this universe based on desperation, where their family patiently awaited them…almost like their place was meant to stand by their imaginary children and husband. However, the whispers spread their misery, and decided to change their fate during a fateful evening, offering them the answers they’ve been looking for.
Or: Izuku and Katsuki dreaming about having their family and being married to each other, considering themselves as the result of their desperate imagination. Their sincere sentiments guide them to the ultimate realization that’ll change their lives forever. A tooth-rotting fluff with hurt/comfort, the summary is blurry, but revealing more might ruin the beauty of one of my favorite works. Give it a try, and thank me in the comment sections haha <3

The echoes of the tragedy gave a bitter taste of the attack that came out of nowhere, where lives ended up being taken away due to some selfish revenge. Katsuki Bakugo has never been the same since the terrifying scene under his eyes, awakening old insecurities and unhealed scars. The promises of his happiness ever after were now reduced to a simple fear of facing the dead body of his childhood friend, drowning in his own blood. Izuku wasn’t stupid and noticed how something was wrong, and he promised himself to bring a smile back to his husband’s face at all costs.
Or: Katsuki being traumatized after a failed mission, trying to survive but his husband is here to cheer him up and know what’s going on inside the blond’s head. Basically a lot of hurt/comfort with Izuku being a good significant other.
