Summary
Link looks at the picture in his hands and can't decide whether to burst into tears or laughter. He takes in the other Champions' faces, takes in his own unscarred face, and feels like everything inside him suddenly makes sense. He tips the picture so Wolfie can look at it.
"Even after everything, I still look the same, don't I?"
A.K.A. Local amnesiac finally realises the person he's been trying to emulate for the past year and a half is literally himself, has a minor mental breakdown, and gets sat on by a wolf.

Summary
Despite what most people seem to assume, Wild is still Link, even after the one hundred year nap and resulting amnesia. He is still the last living Champion of Hyrule, still capable of doing everything he could do before he got whacked by too many Guardian beams and discovered that a century of sleep was not something he'd ever recommend anyone else try.
There's only really one big difference between Link one hundred years ago and Wild now, amnesia aside, and that is this: Wild cannot concentrate. Focusing? Never heard of her. Paying attention is hard and draining and most of the time not really worth expending the mental energy to do.
But people don't realise that Wild is still one hundred percent able to fight the way he did before the Calamity. There are just... a few side effects now.
A.K.A. Wild is lore-accurate in combat for three minutes, and then passes out for half a day, much to the general bafflement of everyone else.

Summary
The first time Twilight sees Time, he recognises him as the Hero's Shade. More surprisingly, Time recognises Twilight as the hero he once trained.
It takes them far longer to talk about this relevation than it should have.
A.K.A. Time and Twilight eventually have a long overdue conversation about their feelings, what a hero is supposed to do when their quest finishes, and the Hero's Shade. It goes better than anybody expected it would.

Because as odd as it is to see little Sidon now tower over Urbosa, nothing can compare to the weirdness Link feels when he looks at Wild; the stranger who looks like him but wrong.
A.K.A. Mid-quest, Wild ends up in Age of Calamity. No one is happy about this.
