Four years ago Kenyuu Yukimiya lost the love of his life, soccer. No matter what he did the grief never went away. He would never admit it but he knew he couldn’t run away from soccer by devoting himself to modeling. Eventually the pain was going catch up to him. Soccer finally caught up to him. Was meeting Itoshi Rin at a photo shoot the cure to his pain or a catalyst for an even worse pain

Everything up to NEL happens (the current arc) but some stuff might be inaccurate since I haven’t actually read the NEL 🫠.
Yukimiya makes it to the U20 World Cup and wins it but at the cost of pushing his body to the point where his eyesight stops him from playing soccer after. While his former teammates started their professional careers, Yukimiya made the tough decision to cut them off.. He could not bear the pain of seeing his friends achieve the dream that his eyes cruely stole from him. He hates himself because of it. He ends up working as a full time model until the present story and adopting 2 cats (based off of 2 of my cats because I love my silly boys).Series
