Darker Instincts by Tophats_and_Teacups
Devoured this brilliant story this couple of days!!! Loved it!!! Reminded me of Fightfirewithfire’s The Moirai… - another brilliant story which i loved.
This was such a complex story that really explored an AU of omega Harry being tortured by Voldy. Harry had such a deep trauma from that. And the way Voldy involved alpha Draco was so difficult to read - just 2 kids traumatized by a sadistic evil. It hurt so much!! The angst was heartbreaking. Really immersed myself each chapter. Loved the pacing - it was so natural for me.
Loved the transition after their escape to Grimmauld! Such a sharp contrast to Malfoy Manor. Loved Harry’s struggles and adjustments and healing! Loved Draco’s self-awareness of his involvement and the way he handled their relationship as they grew closer. Loved how fragile and delicate it was - but then it’s so fluffy after Harry asserts himself. So good!! Such a great comfort after the first part.
Truly enjoyed this story! New fave!
