Summary
Cat and the gang can finally tick ‘reach the Gate’ off their to-do list, though that’s about the only good news they’re likely to get any time soon. Between the revelations about Cat’s origins, the fact Wyll’s dad just handed the city to Gortash, the Cazador problem, the impending underwater prison break, and the fact that Raphael is still. Fucking. Here. she’s not having the best time of things, and neither is anyone else.
But it’s not all bad. There’s also an elder brain under the city, a cabal of murderers roaming the streets, and the world’s worst shapeshifting niece who’s very much looking forward to making trouble. So yes, things aren’t all bad. Some things are worse.
She does have two boyfriends, though. So that’s nice.

Sous le chapiteau de Caine, le spectacle continue. Toujours.
Quand Pomni rejoint la troupe, elle n'a pourtant rien d'une artiste de cirque. Encore moins d'une funambule. À plusieurs mètres du sol, les jambes tremblantes et une perche entre les mains, elle doit apprendre à avancer sur un fil tandis qu'autour d'elle, tout le monde semble déjà avoir trouvé sa place.
Ragatha et Jax volent au trapèze. Kinger et Queenie font disparaître l'impossible. Ribbit joue avec le feu, Gangle avec les ombres. Dans les coulisses, Zooble s'assure tant bien que mal que le chapiteau ne leur tombe pas sur la tête.
Mais derrière les numéros, les applaudissements et les sourires de façade, la troupe de Caine est loin d'être aussi bien réglée que ses spectacles. Les vieilles rancœurs côtoient les sentiments qu'on préfère taire, les rivalités s'enveniment et certaines chutes font bien plus mal que celles depuis un trapèze.
Pomni pensait que le plus difficile serait d'apprendre à ne pas regarder en bas.
Elle va découvrir qu'au cirque de Caine, personne n'a de filet.
Et tant que tient le chapiteau, le spectacle continue.

The first story is an origin story for my OC, after I got back into Sonic the Hedgehog following the movie universe. :3
A rabbit, a mad doctor, his too‑loyal assistant, and two incompetent robots walk into a lair… Sandi's curiosity lands her in Robotnik's clutches, where dinner plans turn into theatre, loyalty turns into conflict, and survival means keeping her defiance alive.
The story is set 10 years in the future, serving as my character's backstory. Robotnik has been in hiding with Agent Stone and rebooted Scratch and Grounder in an underground lair. How quaint. He's gone stir crazy and hasn't seen anyone else in years, so of course, it's going to be completely normal.

By simply sharing a home with this person, healing comes faster than it ever could alone. Astarion is paired with Wyll Ravengard, a young man who has done more for the program than almost anyone else.
It's a simple arrangement - move in, get better, and move on without giving a new alpha any chance to harm him. After all they've suffered, who would expect feelings to complicate matters?
