Then there she was. That stupid, cocky, ignorant, smirk plastered on her face. Caitlyn’s grip on her pencil and pocket watch tightened until her knuckles were white. Violet hadn’t even looked at her yet, but was fiddling with the zipper of her duffle bag.
“Sorry I’m-” She finally looked up. She was wearing her hair up. Strange. “Locker room girl” she said with a smirk. Caitlyn felt her eye twitch as she referenced their locker room encounter, she was surprised Violet remembered.
“You’re who I have to tutor?” Caitlyn said she felt her lip curl upwards slightly. Violet had done far too much of that vanilla cologne. Then Caitlyn noticed the beads of sweat, she must’ve just gotten back from practice, didn’t have the time to shower?
That’s why Caitlyn would’ve left practice early.
“Yeah, I guess. You’re my mysterious tutor” Violet said, raising her eyebrows dramatically and mimicking Caitlyn's tone with a rather shitty British accent.
“Will you pick your feet up?” Caitlyn snarled.

Summary

Jayce and Viktor have been together since their college days. By the time they graduated, moving in together felt less like a decision and more like the natural next step. They began working at the Academy along with their friend Sky.
A few months ago, they were handed a set of strange crystals—artifacts rumored to hold magic, passed down after multiple research teams failed to unlock their secrets. They knew the assignment was meant to keep them occupied until more suitable work opened up. No one expected much to come of it.
Then everything changed.
Jayce discovered he was pregnant and the crystals began to react to his emotions.
Now Jayce is caught between two impossible problems: unraveling the mystery of crystals that seem tied to his very biology, and learning how to live with the reality of an unexpected child. All while carrying a secret he hasn’t yet found the courage to share with the person he trusts most.
Because solving magical anomalies is one thing.

Summary
Vi and her siblings break into Jayce’s dorm looking for a quick score, but things go terribly wrong. An explosion caused by Powder tears through the dorm and half the block around it.
Vi stays behind to make sure her siblings can escape, but through the chaos she was caught by the Enforcers.
Charged as the sole culprit—all that awaited her was a cold sell in Stillwater. But just when it seems her fate is sealed, Jayce—the man she’d tried to rob—steps forward. Against all reason, he takes responsibility, claiming the explosion was the result of his own experiments.
Vi is freed.
For saving her daughter, Silco feels he is indebted to Jayce Talis, he orders Viktor to look into Jayce’s work, to find a way to ease his punishment.
What Silco did not expect was that Viktor, doesn’t just investigate him—he joins him. The two begin building something new, something that will change both Piltover and Zaun forever: Hextech.

Summary
Zaun has always been known for its many threats and vices, Wraiths are just another one on that long list. After Silco gets dragged into this strange anomaly, he is shown visions of a potential future he desperately wants to avoid. However, world seems to insist on ruining his life regardless, where things he tries to avoid keep happening, one way or the other.
In the end, to avoid the worst possible outcomes, he finds himself needing to trust the help of someone he considers a traitor to Zaun, over and over again; someone who left it behind to pursue his goals.

Silco doesn't turn into a druglord but is still the boss of Zaun, and tries to avoid all the horrible things that happen in canon to him and his loved ones, but things keep going wrong anyway. However, he is aided in his quest by Viktor (and Jayce by proxy), who seem to understand more about these Wraith-entities than anyone else. They keep helping Silco to save his found family from self-destruction in exchange for cooperation for their research.
