When Starscream first heard the news, he expected to be inconsolable. He wasn't.
Perhaps it was due to the fact that he had spent his whole life being told that this would happen. That as soon as somebody wanted him, he would be shipped off for them to do as they pleased. Probably spout a couple of sparklings, and then die of mysterious causes once his forge rusted over and he was no longer of use.

Starscream had lost a lot before the war. Sunbeam. His sparkling. Starscream had long since lost hope that his sparkling was alive. Sunbeam had died in the ruins of Vos, and Starscream would never see him.
B-127 had been born before the war. He did not have anything left to lose by the time war broke out. Raised underground in energon mines, B-127 had not even gotten to grow into his true colors. Optimus Prime has saved him from the mines; there was never a need to look back.

There are reasons why Seekers Trine up in the first place.
The main one is that a seeker's wing are vitally important to their survival, need intense maintenance, and can't be effectively worked on by their own bearer. Especially on the backside.
Starscream might have been able to fool his own Trine as he slowly drifted away from them.
And he might have managed to keep his wings and back in good shape while doing that through his inventively.But when a rust-inviting wear develops in his wing hinges, other Seekers noticed.
That was only the start, though.

With the death of Sentinel prime, war erupted on Cybertron, with two factions rising up in a battle to decide the fate of their planet. In one of the biggest battles with the Autobots and Decepticons, the war moves onto a dirt ridden planet, light years away from Cybertron. But this muddy planet holds more than just small fragile organics. Amidst the war, two mechs begin to quarrel, challenging each other's ideologies and authority.

Optimus and his fellow Autobots travel to earth in pursuit of a Decepticon ship rumored to have Meagtron on board. The cons are after something. A weapon that could end not just the war, but possibly all life on Cybertron. But it would seem that neither getting the weapon, nor preventing the enemy from accessing it, will be as easy as either side thought.
