Summary
The Eleventh Doctor: Caught knee deep in a mystery, his efforts to unravel the latest mind-boggling human he's come across - Clara Oswin Oswald - flings the Doctor into a version of Earth that should not exist. Now in a land of Blades and Titans, the Doctor must figure out what went wrong with history, and set it back on track, whilst ensuring that the latest threat to his favorite planet is foiled.
The Tenth Doctor: After his frightening experience on the planet Mars, and the telepathic communication from Ood Sigma compelling him to return to the Ood Sphere, the Doctor decides to delay his meeting with fate. Fresh out of an incident where he got engaged to Queen Elizabeth the First, a malfunction in the TARDIS re-routes the Doctor into a strange plane of existence - an infinite ocean, populated only by two great titans the size of continents, upon which countless people live. With humans under assault from mechanical invaders, the Doctor decides to put a stop to the eternal battle before going off to meet his destiny.
Two Doctors, two worlds formed by the sins of their people.

Summary
When traveling with The Doctor, there are a few, very important things to remember:
- As long as you're with The Doctor, you're safe.
- Nothing can get through the TARDIS doors.
- The Doctor always knows what he's doing.
- There is always a scientific explanation.
Of course, the most important thing to remember, Rule One, is The Doctor lies. So all of these facts could be lies. Or maybe this is the lie.

Summary
"The universe whispers that you are the one who heals, the emissary of hope. Then please, be."
The Doctor and Yasmin Khan pick up a distress call that seems to come from a place that no longer exists. When Yaz gets caught in a trap that puts her life at risk with every passing minute, they end up in a laboratory suspended in space-time, two rooms held together by a constant stream of dangerous energy, like a pendulum with gears about to fall apart.Upon seeing their transmission pleading for help, she recognises the species: Nuomns, a telepathic folk whom she and the rest of the universe thought to be extinct. Hunted, exploited, devastated, those who called themselves prophets among their people saw the coming of the Great End. It was The Flux, the Doctor knew, and in a desperate attempt to save those of them who needed it most, they sacrificed themselves, using the convergence of their own energy halos and the stolen technology of the only race that knew how to manipulate space-time for this purpose. Leaving a distress call that would find The Doctor when the time came. They had hope in her. Like Yaz, everyone else, the universe. A man with a too proud smile appears. All goes wrong at the same time.

Summary
Written October-December 2014. A collection of stories meant to be towards the end of the Doctor's and Master's time at the Academy. In my mind, it was the equivalent of third/fourth year in university. My information concerning the Academy was compiled from a book released by the BBC and a couple reputable DW sites. Old crosspost from Fanfiction.net

Summary
He is absolutely certain that he’s never mentioned the scorched, crumbling husk of the Korvan crystalmatrix to Jack. Or the screaming rent in space-time that finally burned it out as entire galaxies collapsed in on themselves, countless lives obliterated, millennia of history carved away and infinite futures ground to stardust in the rippling aftershocks of the de-mat bomb. Collateral damage. A quadrillion casual genocides. It never fails that when his repairs take him under the console, the Doctor finds himself staring up into the deadened crystalline lattice, watching pale golden light flicker feebly at his touch before it fades away like so many stars once did.
Provided he didn’t let the lad cause too much carnage under the console, a functional Korvan matrix would do the TARDIS and the universe at large a world of good.

Summary
Alternate universe tale for The Witch's Familiar. Clara and Missy had to abandon Clara's Dalek ride in the interests of getting out of Davros' lair a little more quickly than a clunky Dalek would allow. When the Doctor encounters the Dalek in the hallway, it's a real Dalek, all right, but Missy's still hiding something and pushing him to take revenge for Clara's death.
Reports of Clara's death may have been greatly exaggerated, but it seems Missy's injuries are not. Clara can barely stand the Time Lady and certainly doesn't know what to make of her, but suddenly she finds herself helping the Doctor to keep Missy alive...and not as upset about that as she thought she'd be.

Bill wanders through and finds herself in a world where the Doctor didn't come out of his confession dial quite so unscathed, while the Doctor and Nardole search the multiverse to find her.
