Andrew studies him for another quiet moment. They're so close now, Neil can see his chest rise and fall with each careful breath, the almost unconscious twitch of his nose. If he didn't know any better he'd think Andrew was trying to catch his scent.
Luckily, he's got a level 4 suppressor coursing through his system and a double layer of patches covering his neck. No one will be smelling anything on him for at least two to three business days.
"We didn't give you an inducer." Andrew finally says, with a false calm. "If your body is so fucked up it goes into heat from a couple of crackers, that's not our fault."
Neil almost reals back at the word 'heat' before he remembers Wymack doesn't speak German.
"Fuck you, you're lying." He says, but this time he can't quite keep the rising panic out of his tone.
