Summary
Once, he’d looked at Heeseung with pure adoration. Once, he’d called Jake the love of his life. Twenty years later, Sunghoon, now thirty-eight, is widow to an alpha who treated him like cattle, parent to a child he couldn't protect, and abandoned by everyone he thought loved him.
But now that they've found him again, neither Jake nor Heeseung will let themselves let him go.

(As teenagers, Jake and Heeseung loved Sunghoon, but they also eventually grew to love each other. They did not say anything to Sunghoon, who thought, naturally, that his alpha, Jake, had cheated on him with one of their closest friends. The pain and anger causes Sunghoon to lash out by falling into the arms of an abusive alpha more than twice his age and who isolates him from all his family and friends.
