Hello yearning! And the way the MC's slept deprivation is written is mind-blowing!
Everybody knows that she knows they all kill people. Ticket Taker thinks she's funny, in his own little stoic way. The Doctor likes her a lot. Pierrot knows she doesn't want him killing for her, and Harlequinn is having a crisis about caring for her (platonically). She read him pretty well, too. Jester is a work in progress, for sure.

She and Harlequin were doing a grocery haul when some tipsy shitfucker decked her for the crime of being around and then defending a circus member. Police got involved, so she's going to keep her distance for the next couple of days.

Um, yeah. This whole thing is a slow roast, and I'm the spitroasted pig over that teeny, tiny flame burning bright and strong but cooking me up slow as all hell. It doesn't even hurt, stick aside. Everything is warm ❤
We've read through ch 43. Undyne basically hauled homegirl to a concert where Fae and Co. were being racist af to a monster there, using trauma as an excuse to push them out of a public space. Miss girl had to call Sans to come help, and Elliott ended up busting knuckle into this one dude's galbladder before they got out. Our lovely lead realized that she and Fae have totally different priorities, and I'm super proud (and selfishly happy) about that. A few chapters ago, Sans showed homegirl some of the human souls. Each has a unique effect on her, so they're doing some tests to learn more. BP is still upset at Red for keeping secrets, but our main lady is accepting that Red has them and has his reasons for keeping them. It's tense and awkward between her and BP right now, but they're gonna be okay. In brighter news, her overall friend situation has been brightening up a lot, and there will be regular Papyrus hangouts from now on (likely offscreen, for the most part, but the fact remains that she has more established friendships now)!
This is a college fic, but it's done right. Like, genuinely. It's relevant insofar as it's their reality, but it's not what the story is about. It doesn't insist upon itself. None of the story does, actually. It's all warm and fuzzy. Sans is perfect. Our FL is funny and smart and genuine (and has terrible social anxiety in the same way I do, but she also gets out a lot more). They are both falling seriously in love with each other. Update: if they're not soulmates, I'm a monkey's uncle or whatever the fuck else you want to call me. SOULMATES. I'm so confident, I'm updating the tags. Fuck you.

This is the one where she saved the spider and everyone at The Underground (Muffet's) is like, pseudo-aggressive about giving her special treatment. It's the one with that hand holding creep, the one with the welcome party where everyone plays Never Have I Ever, the one where our FL works with Burgerpants and ships him with the Nice Cream Guy (which is officially canon (in-story) atp). It's the one where he gives her his jacket and they swap blankets.
