Seven years later, Jason Todd is the leader of the new generation of The Red Hood Gang, a gang dedicated to maintaining the safety of Gotham's weakest: Crime Alley's Children. Being a gang leader at 19 wasn't exactly on his life's bingo card but he does a damn good job of leading and protecting his people. Kids' stomachs have never been quieter, the streets have never been safer, and he's never been happier. Crime Alley officially claims Jason Todd to be their Batman, however more brutal his ways may be in comparison, they work.
Bruce is determined to bring Hood in, as more bodies of corrupt cops and spoiled Gotham elites appear dead on the street. However, it seems that every time he sees the kid, he's one step behind. It becomes even more apparent as Jason keeps finding ways around his bat-gadgets, that it might be a bit more difficult than he initially believed it to be.
