Summary
Burning Spice has been alive for thousands of years while dealing with chronic pain. Not even the other beasts know. Golden Cheese invites herself over, and Burning Spice hangs out with her while hiding his pain. Eventually he leaves her alone when the pain gets too bad to hide, but she ends up finding him. Golden Cheese is very concerned but also very confused.

This is for the MooseRef art competition, but can easily be read solo! The prompt was "Acceptance" but Moose confirmed that denial could be a part, and the entire story could be denial. Honestly, you have to read in-between the lines a bit since I don't explicitly ever call it denial or acceptance, but that's the prompt!

Follow the Ghost of Hallownest and Radiance as they travel to the time of the past in their goal to convince their father, the Pale King, to stop his crazy plan and mend the relationship between the fluffy Moth God and the Pale Wyrm. Cause some chaos along the way and confused the whole population of Hallownest one at a time, stringing along unlikely allies such as Grimm himself while snacking on popcorns in the background.
The first chapter took place after the first ending. Defeated the Hollow Knight without Hornet's help, but acquired the Void Heart.

Summary
She remembers waking up. She remembers… waking up again. Only this time, it’s cold, her body is weird, and floating nearby is Ghost, the protagonist of freaking Hollow Knight. And she… she appears to have the title role. Wonderful.
Ok. Fine. Comprehensive plan is this: don’t die, don’t let Ghost die, and… well. Fix everything, really. That’s gonna work out well. (And then maybe have a mental breakdown or 42, get kidnapped for the third time in as many months and surprise-adopted twice somehow, maybe crack her face open? Yeah. Fun. Definitely.)
Initially inspired by A Not-So-Hollow Knight (self insert dies randomly, reincarnates as the Hollow Knight, obliterates any sense of coherence Hallownest had left), but I attempt to tell a slightly more grounded story. No industrial revolution here folks, sorry. Just… a very scared, very tired, very stubborn vessel.
(It’s funny, really, that her name is Hollow now. When for so long, she’s hardly known how to be a person at all.)
