Summary

A dark encounter while on the run from the newly founded Empire leads him to travel the path of time backward, to a galaxy not yet plunged into global war, where a younger version of himself just stepped into the seat of High Councillor.
Between keeping his identity and knowledge of the future hidden, accidently adopting a baby, and foiling the decamillennial plans of the Sith, Mace Windu has his hands full. What were you THINKING,” Red Alert yells, sitting back up so hard the entire table jostles again. Prowl, sitting next to him, makes a noise maybe indicating disappointment or annoyance, but whether that’s at the fact that he has to lean down to get the paper he was filling out or at Bumblebee’s stupidity is anyone’s guess.
Bee seems to shrink into himself further as he says “...That the new guy had a cool mech and seemed really lost...?”

Summary
Sometimes timelines are just doomed to fade away, there is nothing anyone can do to prevent that fate. However, most of the time when this happens these timelines are weak, lacking life powder, so when the soul eventually goes to another timeline, they are too weak to pose a threat.
Yet this current fading timeline poses a problem, too many powerful souls, with soul bonds that would not fade into the background and would bring disaster later.
Timekeeper solution.

Summary
Severus Snape thought dying was the end.
Apparently, Fate had other plans.
Waking up in the body of a ten-year-old bastard on Dragonstone, Severus quickly discovers that he has somehow been thrown into a strange medieval world ruled by dragons, bloodlines, swords, and an alarming lack of basic hygiene.
Worse, the child whose body he now inhabits is the bastard son of King Viserys Targaryen.
The Targaryen succession is already becoming a bloody mess. Kings, queens, princes, bastards, dragons and ambitious lords are all preparing to tear the realm apart.
Severus would rather stay out of it, doing his adventures and helping in general.
Unfortunately, staying out of problems seemed to never work for him.
What begins as an attempt to survive his new life slowly becomes something much larger. There are succession disputes to solve, dragons to understand, magic to rediscover, and an entire kingdom that seems determined to destroy itself.
And beyond the politics of Westeros, something far older is waiting in the darkness.
The Others are coming.
The Long Night is coming.
And somehow, Severus Snape may have to save a world that he never asked to live in.
