Severus was once again stunned. It happened to be an actual child. "What in the bloody hell?"
The dog let out a growl.
Severus eyes were directed back over to the dog. "Can’t say bloody?" Severus asked. The dog once again let out a growl. Severus just stared at the dog. He truly was hallucinating. This occurrence did not happen. His brilliant mind turned to mush from a lack of sleep. He had truly lost what little grip on reality he held after the war.
"I am hallucinating." Severus muttered to himself. His eyes turned toward the baby once again. The baby just stared at him with beady green eyes. The image of Lily flashes into his mind. Severus body froze before his fist clenched at his side and over his wand. He had the same eyes as Lily.
He has his mother's eyes.

Remus J Lupin had barely been able to hold back his fury, for months he watched his best friends' tiny boy be covered head to foot in bruises, dressed in clothes that were three times too big, his body so malnourished that when Remus had picked him up, he felt every single rib.
