“You saw the body?” Jason asks. It’s a stupid question—of course Tim saw it. Tim was the one who found it, who rolled it into the carpet in the first place. But there’s a second question wrapped up in his strangled tone, which is: Are you okay after seeing the body?
Tim just purses his lips, almost indignant. “This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a corpse before, Jason.”
Right, Jason thinks, but it’s the first time the corpse has been your own fucking dad.

Keith glanced over to where Lance was asking if any of the Xaligas had heard of bendy straws. The aliens, as per usual, were enchanted by him.
“Because,” Keith’s teeth were locked shut to keep from chattering. “It might cause an intergalactic incident.”
Shiro’s eyes widened ever so slightly. “That’s a good reason.”When the gang is served a truth serum by an untrusting group of aliens, Keith is forced to reveal a rather inconvenient secret. This is bothersome, considering half of the galaxy is in love with Lance.

Summary
Tim's dad is dead, killed by a boomerang to the chest, and Tim is an orphan now. He knows Bruce would adopt him if needed but he couldn't possibly impose himself on the Wayne's more than he already has. It's okay though, because he has a plan for this, he just needs someone to play the role of his estranged "Uncle Eddie".
Except... the guy he hires is weirdly concerned about his well being and Tim can't figure out why.
Meanwhile, Jason Todd is forced to reevaluate his plans for his debut as Red Hood, because, as it turns out, his replacement is a suicidal idiot who can't be trusted to stay out of trouble.
OR
Tim Drake fails to recognize Jason Todd, back from the dead, and hires him to be his Uncle Eddie to avoid getting adopted by Batman. Somehow this ruins everyone's plans.

Red Hood wants to get together with Nightwing but keeps thinking about Richard Wayne, the rich boy at his college. To get over his feelings for the latter (and persuaded by Arsenal) he writes him a love letter. And his two past crushes too while at it, since writing about emotions was very therapeutic and the letters weren't something he would actually send ever.
But this isn't Red Hood's story. This is Nightwing's story about the three love letters he got from mysterious Jason Todd, meant for Dick Grayson, Robin the Boy Wonder and Richard Wayne respectively. All the while he did his best not to get swept up in whirlwind romance with Red Hood.
Inspired by the premise of To All The Boys I've Loved Before.
