When everything starts running smoothly, Blazer informs him that she's adding a few villain to his team, Valkor. What Blazer doesn't know is that Mecha Man Blue, or more so Robert, has a complicated and concerning past with the ex hero, turned villain, turned hero in recovery. Will this past effect the team?
Most definitely. Especially when a certain villain still has an unhealthy obsession with his dispatcher.
