Summary
After the Battle of New York, Fury wants the Avengers watched.
Haidyn Peverell is sent to Stark Tower as Agent Ragnar, ICW operative, SHIELD consultant, and Fury’s latest attempt at controlling the uncontrollable. Naturally, Haidyn starts by becoming a cat.
As Erebus, a small black cat with green eyes and excellent judgement, he can observe the Avengers without giving Fury another leash to pull. As Haidyn, he has to face the harder problem: Tony remembers shadows in Afghanistan, Bruce talks to cats, Steve distrusts hidden authority, Natasha and Clint know what stolen choices leave behind, Thor refuses to abandon Loki, and Loki recognises damage wrapped in power far too easily.
SHIELD is rotting, Hydra is stirring, the magical world is pressing against the mundane, and the Stones are waking in answer to something beyond endings.
But Tony Stark remembers shadows in Afghanistan. Bruce Banner talks to cats as if they can understand him. Steve Rogers asks uncomfortable questions about authority. Natasha Romanoff sees too much. Clint Barton knows what mind control leaves behind. Thor refuses to abandon his brother. And Loki, damaged but not broken, recognises that Haidyn is far more than he appears.

In the Quirk Apprehension test, Aizawa Shouta is shown giving his students a rundown of what they are supposed to do as Heroes. And decides to test their skills with their Quirks, and when he watches Izuku do his very best to use his Quirk without hurting himself on the ball throw... he deems him unworthy of being in the Hero Course and promptly expels him.
Once Izuku leaves UA, he has no idea of what to do and his mother is doing everything she can to help out. He now believes that UA was not as great as he originally thought due to his wrongful expelling. But he doesn't take that lying down, there are other Hero School's that will take him... right?
