“Wait a second,” Charlie said pepping up finally. “You were at the tower with him weren’t you?” she asked rounding on Alastor. Her eyes were so big and hopeful. Alastor looked around as if she might be talking to someone else, but he knew she wasn't.
“I was,” Alastor said. “Thank you for finally acknowledging my presence.”
Charlie didn’t respond to this however, instead she beamed like she had some idea that Alastor wasn’t going to like. “You have to find him.”

Summary
“You will have to forgive the biological mishap, my dear! I’ll be in tip-top shape in two shakes of a lamb’s tail!” Alastor announced shakily. Angel eyed him warily, all four hands hovering, stained with blood and holding red-tinged napkins.
Alastor tries to perform a good deed with bad timing and ends up sharing an annual event with Angel that he usually deals with alone. Angel wasn’t expecting a power outage in the dead of winter to be nearly so eventful.

What starts as a one-off mishap turns into a deal between Angel and Alastor. The deal is this: Alastor will pretend to be Angel's boyfriend to keep his creepy stalkers at bay. In return, Alastor can revel in the resulting chaos and confusion.
