"Ace lost," Garp nodded on the line. "Brat has some devil fruit, something with shadows that neutralizes devil fruits. Blackbeard caught him and handed him to the marines for a Warlord position. They're sending him to Impel Down until the execution is scheduled."
Execution? The blood drained from Dadan's face when she heard the words. Why?
"They found out." The words landed as an explosion. "Somehow, Blackbeard knew who Ace was. Who his dad was. He got his position because he handed over the Pirate King's son."
"Get him out!" She demanded.
He wouldn't, Dadan knew he wouldn't, but she had to try. Had to ask because Garp was the boy's grandfather and he'd chosen humanity over the marines once before. Maybe he would again; he was closer to wherever they were taking Ace, probably Impel Down, he could act. Get her baby out before he had to suffer. Like hell would Dadan let him die, but Garp could do that faster.
"Dadan -"
Garp's features on the den-den looked pained. She didn't give a shit.
"If you don't act, I will. And I will bring the type of hell that made me who I was, Garp."
Typhoon Dadan had been dead for years. It was time for her to come back.

Summary
Lucifer's descent into hell was not his only punishment, he also couldn't harm sinners, and something else. Something he seemed to be forgetting, something important. It didn't matter though as his daughter and wife were his current concerns and how Lilith was taking Charlie away, more permanantly. Coping with this separation to his light was hard, so Lucifer has dived into becoming a work-aholic with the sins to help hell.
Meanwhile he feels the pull of summons, something that hasn't happened in centuries. Deciding to keep who would could possibly summon him, he finds a rather ambitious human. A human who he see's is destined to hell very soon. The only thing he wants is power so he can have fun in hell? Well, Lucifer has a wonderful idea, as Overlords are starting to become a real pain! He was certainty in need of an executioner! The only problem? When his executioner finally makes it to hell, Lucifer starts having this weird dreams....these weird almost memory like dreams? There's no way they're real right?

Summary
A mark appears somewhere on a person as they grow up, usually blurred until puberty, though some will take until their late 20s to become clearly defined. It is said the mark represents the other part of your soul.
In turn of the century Louisiana, a colored child of mixed parentage was born with two marks, one on the back of each hand. While not entirely unheard of for there to be two and at birth, it was a rarity enough to have word quickly spreading around the small town. Even more rare was that both marks were fully defined, not the usual blur. One was completely indecipherable, a strange thing full of overlapping circles and lines that almost seemed to twist if stared at for too long, nausea settling at the pit of the midwife's and her assistant's stomachs. The other, most damningly, was the clear mark of the devil.

Summary
New Orleans, 1927. Alastor de Rivière, aspiring radio host with a penchant for jazz, rye, and “hunting” meets a man claiming to be the king of hell on one of the most inconvenient days of his life. But the man hasn’t come topside for his soul and wants his heart instead?! Alastor’s answer is of course no. Ha! As if “no” ever stopped the devil…
Or the one where human!Alastor meets the literal devil after a summoning gone wrong, refuses to believe it, and accidentally ends up playing house with Lucifer for the next six years of his highly unconventional life until his own inevitable demise in 1933.

Summary
Alastor had long since accepted that if God existed (he still had doubts) then they were a being cruel and indifferent to human suffering. One which created a system vast and complex in its laws and patterns with the intention to cause pain. That they, much like himself, must enjoy watching others suffer; if God is real then surely they revel in the agony bestowed upon humans, must garner some form of gratification from it all. Perhaps the only difference it would seem, is that for Alastor, it wasn’t fun when it wasn’t warranted.
Or: Alastor is suffering after the battle, all he wants is to make himself something sweet in the privacy of the kitchen. Too bad no one else seems to be getting the memo. Can't a demon get a moment's peace in this God forsaken hotel?
