Summary
Grian was once known as Detective Xelqua, the Watcher’s Hero Agency’s most effective weapon against vigilantes. He uncovered nine vigilantes’ civilian identities in six years before disappearing, leaving the title behind along with the damage it caused.
When the Agency recruits him again to hunt down an unyielding new vigilante known as HotGuy, they offer him closure and a way to fix his past mistakes. Instead, Grian finds himself facing a case that mirrors the ones that destroyed him in the first place.
But if he finishes this job, he’ll finally be free.
Or, Grian is a former detective who uncovers the civilian identities of vigilantes, and Scar, better known as HotGuy, has been getting on the Hero Agency’s nerves.

Summary
Scar couldn't stop replaying the press of fingers at his hips, the taste of smoke on Grian’s breath, the scratching of grass blades against his pants as Grian pushed him onto the ground. It all blurred together— sweet one moment, hazy the next— as if he couldn’t decide whether it really happened or if he’d dreamed it.
(Or: One week after an unforgettable kiss at a house party, Scar gets the chance to see Grian again.)

Summary
Stars don't usually fall, and when they do, they don't bleed. Scar didn't expect the sky to split open that night. He didn't expect to find something winged and wrong, feathered in places no person should be, with too many eyes blinking where none should exist. He definitely didn't expect to bring it home.
(Or, Scar finds an eldritch bird abomination in the woods and brings him home. What could possibly go wrong?)

Summary
Scar couldn’t stop replaying the look Grian had given him just moments ago, the way his eyes had flicked to Scar’s lips, quick and searching, wondering if he had imagined it. The way Grian’s voice had dipped, the way the words curled at the edges. The thought burned in his chest, sharp and impossible to ignore.
(Or: In the haze of a house party, one cigarette and one teasing smile from Grian changes everything for Scar.)

Summary
The sweep is 6094 and the Alternian Empire is the universe's dominating power. The Galatic Empress, Her Imperial Condesce, is on a mission and no species will get in her way. She's eradicated numerous species, planets, and even galaxies. Who'd dare revel against a power so large, especially when even saying the word "rebellion" is an act of treason? Well, Aradia Megido and her ragtag crew of lowbloods are, but how about we keep that on the down-low for now.
